NOTE: Claim/Incidents are to be reported immediately upon first notice of loss.
What to Expect When Reporting a Claim:
Gather Information: Be prepared to provide information about the incident, including the date, time, location, and a description of what happened.
Provide Documentation: You may be asked to provide photos of damage, if applicable, and other relevant documents.
Contact Information: Ensure you provide your contact information and the name and contact information of any other involved parties.
Policy Information: Have your policy information readily available.
Type of Loss: Clearly state the type of loss you are reporting (e.g., Fire, Slip & Fall, Damage by Auto).
Injuries: If there are any injuries, provide a description of them.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL POLICYHOLDERS
If there are any new locations or different policy exposures during the term of any Policy(ies), please notify your Agent immediately. Failure to do so may impact your claims coverage.
